Eye-Light® is a revolutionary solution in the treatment of dry eye. In a painless way, using IPL technology, it stimulates the work of the glands responsible for secreting the lipid part of the tear film. This leads to stabilization of the tear film and longer retention of tears on the surface of the eye.

Eye-Light® simultaneously treats the lower and upper eyelids. It is a non-invasive treatment that does not even require the application of gel during the process, thanks to the patented and unique cooling module.

In addition to dry eye syndrome, Eye-Light® treatment is also used in patients after cataract surgery, refractive surgery, chalazion, blepharitis, as well as post-blepharoplasty.

Before each treatment, special diagnostic tests are performed so that we can have a record of the condition and degree of dry eyes, and thus be able to evaluate the result of the treatment itself.

These diagnostic tests are short-term and quite comfortable and painless for the patient.

The treatment is fully automated and begins with just 5 painless light shots (OPE/IPL) around the eye and on the lower eyelid, which causes blood vessels to contract, thereby increasing blood flow and increasing the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines.

This is followed by a treatment with Meibomask®, which is also a painless treatment and lasts only 15 minutes. This treatment directly activates the Meibomian glands, the LED matrix causes the creation of endogenous heat and ATP production in the eyelids, the blockage of the glands is removed and the lipids complete the composition of the tear film. The improved lipid content prevents rapid evaporation of tears. The results are visible to the patient after just the first treatment!
